Global Tooling Solutions now manufacture carbide inserts specially manufactured for Bar Peeling/centreless bar turning.

The Bar Peeling process is often used to quickly machine the diameter of the outer wall of a pipe or solid bar. Multiple carbide inserts work in conjunction with cartridges to drastically machine bars in little time.

Centreless bar turning provides the opportunity to commence production from bar stock at the optimum diameter, saving machining costs and material wastage.
