GTS manufacture Step Drills to the customers special requirements. These can be anything from a simple single step to much more complicated forms.

Step Drills are designed to do multiple jobs in a single pass. They are used to drill a hole with a counterbore, countersink, or chamfer or various steps in diameter in the hole. They can be re-sharpened or easily modified for a special length of step.

GTS are able to manufacture special cutting tools of different kinds for various sectors, both in small and in large series, designed to meet the specific needs of each particular sectors, which have great needs for specialization, quality and reliability.

Often we work with customers to provide a service with our inserts to regrind/refurbish any inserts and tool holders that get damaged during machining operations and we can even buy your scrap carbide tooling.
