We have worked in partnership with bearing manufacturers across UK and Europe who specialise in producing special metric and imperial bearings.

The bearing types manufactured are precision radial bearings, deep groove ball, cylindrical roller, angular contact, duplex as well as many other types.

We specialise in a range of double-sided single plunge bearing form inserts that cut the cost of multiple tooling for the same job and cuts production time down drastically. With this tooling our customers produce high quality bearings and create great cost savings for themselves.

We have also designed, produced and put into operation, an insert with two bearing forms on each edge of the insert. This double form allows two bearings to be cut in a single plunge of one insert.

Our inserts have been proven in the industry to have an increased tool life while improving component quality and bringing machining time down. All these points leading to a large cost down for the companies we work with.
