We supply regrind and recoat solutions for all tools along with modification of existing and standard tools, some of which are listed below.
Our technical expertise will ensure that we supply the correct cutting tool geometry and coatings to give maximum tool performance on all cutting materials and conditions they are working within. We do not sell standard generic tools, we supply specific solutions to maximise tool performances even for your existing tools used.

As the cost of tooling is ever-increasing. Carbide inserts and other tooling is labeled “throw-away” by many manufacturers. However, you can get new and improved life out those used inserts or tools. We can help with both insert and round tooling regrinds.
Because the charge for regrinding is only a fraction of the cost of a new insert, it is not only economical for you to have your inserts reground.
Grinding is only a part of GTS’s insert-reconditioning process. The process begins with analyzing the customers particular application to modify cutting edge geometry of the insert for the best cutting performance, then we grind and hone the insert, and then applying a coating (which can be one of several advanced coatings).
We can recondition inserts for a fraction of the cost of buying new, so as the price of the insert increases, sharpening becomes an increasingly attractive alternative.
If your carbide inserts are too damaged to regrind we can even buy them off you and competitive rates.
